A celebrant is someone trained to create and deliver bespoke, non-legally binding ceremonies.
Wedding ceremonies led by celebrants aren’t legally binding in the UK. Most couples do the legal bit at a registry office, then have their real ceremony with me.
Absolutely – I’ll work with you to include any traditions, beliefs or values that matter to you.
A Registrar will do ‘the legal bit’ usually at the registry office and then you can have the wedding day and your actual personalised ceremony with the Celebrant wherever and whenever you wish. More detail here
